How can I prevent a user from editing their own comment/discussion in Vanilla 2?

I'm working on a few Dice Roller plugins because the current one is only available for Vanilla 1.

What I would like to do is prevent users from being able to edit their own comment or discussion message if they have used the dice roller command.
