New webiste with forum and blog

Hi,

I am planning to open a new website which will have a forum and blog. I have tried my hand on various free software for them but found that the integration is not easy and the theme doesn't match for both.

I went thorough the vanilla forum community and found that ppl have created websites similar in structure to what I am planning.

How can this be done using Vanilla forums and wordpess blog?? Kindly help

Install wordpress on your "www"/"httpdocs"/"public_html" folder. Install vanilla in a subfolder and then use vanilla's Embed Vanilla plugin to embed it into wordpress.
