Alternatives to Feedblitz/Bloglines (turning RSS feeds into an e-newsletter)

Hi folks, I'm trying to set up an automatic email newsletter generated from my RSS feed. Although Feedblitz is very nice I'm looking for a more controllable/unbranded feel to they system which doesn't have Feedblitz icons or mentions all over the shop. I also need an option to only send out the email once a week, and have a signup form via Flash... Does anyone know of any similar services that are more customizable and transparent? Mark, could you add something like this to your e-newsletter thingie? (Sorry forget what it's called)

his MLM is/was called lime iirc. Could you not just run this on your own server? Or do you not have cron access and whatnot?

MLM = mailing list manager
lime = i think was marks name for it
iirc = if i recall correctly
cron = unix version of windows' scheduled tasks.
