Custom Modifications?
I desperately need a trading modification with:
* lists of individual lists of user's items to trade
* Ability to leave reviews (Positive, Negative)
* Have a link to 'View User's Trade List' by their name
And that's it.
How much would someone charge to make a mod like this?

Something like iTrader for vBulletin.
Remember that this thing also requires ability to move sold items to different place after some predefined time.
Right now I plan to use it non non-commercial site but with ability to have Marketplace.
Btw, this system also needs good threads Prefixing ability.
So, normally it is three parts approach - moving old items to sold category, special prefixes (For Sale, Buy, Sold, Closed, etc) and some kind of feedback mechanism.
I can write you draft UI and other parts specification and you'll find good coder :-)
