Extension problem: multiple copies showing up in Settings

Hi- I've recently installed Vanilla, and am really excited by how it works and what it looks like. I've run into a problem, though. When I try to manage my extensions, I see 12 copies of the 'Whispers' extension in the Manage Settings menu under Administrative Options. I've got the original installed set of extensions, but only 'Whispers' is showing up on the list. When I enable 'Whispers,' all 12 duplicates show up as enabled. So, I figured I'd delete 'Whispers' off the server and see what happened. Now I'm left with 11 copies of 'Html Formatter.' Delete that, and you're left with 10 copies of 'Timer,' and so on and so forth. I've deleted the entire 'Extensions' folder and re-uploaded it from the original install files, but with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks very much.
