Migrating from Embed to regular Vanilla

Is there a convenient way to migrate from an embedded Vanilla to a regular vanilla if I move away from embedded at some point? I'm mostly thinking about preserving URLs so that search engine ranking isn't lost.

    I think I answered my own question... the embed is just an iframe so the search engines are indexing the full (non-embedded) site URLs. If I want to get rid of the embedding and go to the full site, as long as the site doesn't move, no impact on search engine ranking.
