no styles on main page
On my vanilla install when you go to the main page, it appears that there are no styles that are showing. But when you go to another page, the styles resolve:

Not sure what could be causing the issue. I have it setup so that the .htaccess file is using the rewrite to the /forum folder so I am not sure if that is what is causing the issue.
