SOLVED: Add new link after timestamp and before permalink link

I'm looking for the file that needs to be editing that contains the discussion header (avatar, timestamp, edit, delete, etc.)

    I found vanilla/views/discussion/helper_functions.php but when I copy to my template folder I get a missing functions error, which is strange because the function is defined in that file.

    EDIT: I copied the file into discussions..not discussion. SOLVED
