[sharethis] How to translate icon texts & how to add new button styles?

I am using Vanilla 2.0.17.8 on my server and installed Sharethis plugin.
1-Now I'd like to translate the "Share" text of this plugin.For example I want to see "ShareIt" instead of "Share" on facebook button etc...
2- How can I add new button styles (only icons without texts or other styles of sharethis)?
