Is there any admin tracking of email subscriptions?

I've not used this yet, but I am curious if there is any way for the admin to determine how many people are subscribed to a category or discussion, perhaps in the meta data? This would be useful for tracking how important certain topics are.

    If you use the Voting plugin, you can see how many people are subscribed. Otherwise, I can only provide statistics about users and their subscription to categories.
