Permission Problem: You don't have permission to do that

Users can't open Activity page and all of profile pages (even self profile).
How to fix the problem?

I found in table GDN_Permission :
Garden.Activity.View
Garden.Profiles.View

I think I must to change the values, but it is not clear what values.

Yes.
But if Garden.Activity.View and Garden.Profiles.View not set value=2 in database table this options not visible

I already know how to restore this permissions after a cleaning table.

Maybe it will help someone else.
