How configure plugins?

Hello,
I have try to install two plugins : NillaBlog and Van2Chat.
I starts them and configure, but once thrown, me do not see them.
I have only this option : http://img4.hostingpics.net/pics/826413Sanstitre2.jpg for nillblog.
And nothing for Van2Chat.
Is there another place for configure plugins? Why i don't see this plugin in index?

It's deprecated, you should Van2Shout.
