FR: Ability to set the number of bookmarks displayed

The ability to set the number of bookmarks that are displayed would be nice. At the moment is it hard-coded to 10 in the bookmark module and its view. A central config item to set both these would be great.
In addition, when the limit is reached while bookmarking on a page, the bookmark module should probably stop growing in length.
