[solved]Translation of "Who's Online" text?

How can I translate "Who's Online" text on side panel after enabling this plugin?
I add the translation into locales/skeleton/definitions.php but it does not display well because of " ' " sign.

That's because the developer @garymardell did not make that string translate-able. I did it myself by editing the php-file of the plugin, changing

"Who's Online"

with

T("Who's Online")

. After that it should translate if you have added that translation-string to your locale already...

Thank you, finally I did it by adding the string in locale.php inside conf folder.

If your referring to that bit in the sidebar, it should already be translated.
$Definition["Who\'s Online"] = 'Not Whos online';
