    Pretty sure this can be found at the top of vanilla/themes/[name of whatever theme you are using]/views/default.master.tpl

    Thank you. Why is it .tpl and not a normal .php - what is here better than the alternative?

    .tpl are if you use Smarty templates, the .php are if you don't.
