Can we use Facebook Connect Only for signup?

Hi - I was wondering if there was a way to make it so that Vanilla's login/sign up options was limited to ONLY Facebook connect? I have FBC installed, but would like to remove the users ability to sign up with or create a basic ' Vanilla' account.
