Drag and Drop not Working in IE9?

I am using Version 2.0.17.8. After a recent upgrade to IE9, I am noticing that the drag and drop of categories is not working anymore. Any help with fixing the issue would be appreciated.

FWIW - I can't drag them in FF, GC or IE.
Vanilla 2.0.17.9
