collapsible panels for Vanilla 2

I see from the forum there was a plugin for vanilla 1 which allowed for the side panels to collapse , and their state to be remembered by cookie. Does such a plugin exist for vanilla 2, as I can't find anything suitable. The main issue I have is with the enhanced tagging plugin installed on my site, and the growing list of tags being shown on my panel!
