User only sees last comment when opening a discussion

Hi, I'm new to using Vanilla. I have it embedded inside a CMS Made Simple site. One user is reporting that when he opens a discussion, the page only shows the last comment and not the entire thread. No other users (so far) have reported this occurring. I have checked it myself running IE and Firefox on XP and Vista platforms and it seems fine. The user concerned is running Firefox on Linux. Is there a known issue with Vanilla on a Firefox/Linux user platform? Or can anyone advise if and how I can resolve the reported issue?
