Use Comment URL instead of Discussion URL

My home page is set to /discussions/ and so each of the Titles links to discussion/#/title#Item_#, such as http://danbirlew.com/vanilla/discussion/50/tv-on-dvd-what-are-you-watchingwish-to-watch-and-hows-it-working-for-yous#Item_35 Instead I want the Titles to link to discussion/comment, such as http://danbirlew.com/vanilla/discussion/comment/1007#Comment_1007. I want this in both Vanilla and embed Vanilla. What files do I start in, and what do I modify?
