Page not found after deleting discussion

Hello all,
I have set up a Vanilla 2 forum and am sorting out the last few things. One that appears to be a bug in the latest version is that when, as admin, I delete a discussion, a Page Not Found is displayed after the deletion is executed.
The configuration I have uses 'all categories' as the default home page.
Can anyone offer any help?
