Private Category within a Forum?

Is it possible to have a category where anyone can post put they can only view their own posts, except for admins who can see all the posts? The reason for this would for uses such as offering support via a forum. So people could post to the forum, but no one else would see their posts.

Sort of. The private messaging system will probably do what you want. This allows private conversations to be set up between groups of users where only those users have access to the discussions.

I've not seen an admin override to view other people's conversations though.
