New install, messed with themes, getting Bonk page

How do I recover from a bad theme? I assume it's the theme that caused the grief.

Bonk, Something funky happened.....

How do I get back to default Theme, short of a new install.
Brand new to Vanilla, just downloaded/installed.

Worked before I started to experiment with Themes and add-ons.
