Regarding Vanilla Social Connect plugin

I thought that Vanilla Social connect plugin is released for self-hosted Vanilla-forums too. But now I surprised knowing that it is available only for Vanilla forums hosted Platform.

Does anybody remembered that it was available in addon directory? Or I mistaken?

    I have checked many forum posts and other self-hosted Vanillaforums websites. The Social Connect plugin is installed on them .

    Am I missing some thing?
