How do you show a member list?

In the Version 1 of Vanilla there was a tab which showed all the members. There isn't one in Vanilla 2 (as far as I can tell). Is there a plug-in or some other way to show this?
The Inbox idea is great but there is no way for people to know who to send messages to unless they have memorized the user name. Maybe it's that way on purpose.
The other question is about whispering comments. That was removed in this version of Vanilla or was it? I liked that feature. Is there some way to return it?
