The reCaptcha is not appearing ...
Appears only in IE after authorization to unlock content with errors.
I use Vanilla 2.0.17.9

    IN firebug, show this error:

    I have the same problem. I've had to change my logins to be authorized by me since basic wasn't working.

    It's related to security. If you use IE, you'll get a prompt that says something about blocking some content on the page - mainly because it's served up from an outside domain. I don't know of a fix and I never got any help when I posted about it here.
