multiple domain names, same vanilla forum - issue with apache URL not found
OK. Here is what we have. Apache 2.2 on Centos 5.5 running Vanilla 2.0.16. We have proxyconnect operating correctly. We have right now two domain names that can SSO into our vanilla forum with no issues.
1. www.xyz.com/myforum
2. www.zyx.com/myforum
SSO works for both to the discussions page and if you click back to site you are taken back to the correct domain from which you came still logged on as you.
#1 works all the way around. All the links on the site work for discussions, etc.
#2 While you can SSO to the forum apache reports URL not found when clicking on any link.
Say for instance you to to www.xyz.com/myforum/entry/password -- this works fine.
But if you go to www.zyx.com/myforum/entry/password you receive this error:
The requested URL /myforum/entry/password was not found on this server.
I am trying to figure out if this is actually an apache issue or something within the config for vanilla looking for xyz.com/myforum links instead of the second domain name.
Any guidance here?
TIA
Scott
