[Solved] How do you change welcome email?

In Vanilla 1, there was a languages file that you could change. What do you change in Vanilla 2 to have a better welcome message than the default message...

"You have been approved for membership. Sign in now at the following link:



Have a great day!"

One thing I want to add, when you are changing the message, be sure not to include any ' characters in the email. I had written a couple of contractions like "We're" or "Don't" and it caused an error on my entire forum.
