Missing thumbnail Photo when using Facebook sign-in

I noticed a new user has joined my forum who has signed in using facebook. When viewing my forum in wordpress I use the VanillaForum Widget to display users and the users thumbnail pic is shown. However when I go to my forum and click discussions the users profile pic is missing, shows a little icon as if it cant be loaded. Right clicking and selecting properties displays the below is this correct.

when I click on the users name to view the profile the thumbnail is shown.

when viewing other users that have manually uploaded a photo the path looks like this;
userpics/A RANDOM NAME.jpg
