Add <div> to Discussion and Reply

I want to add a < div > to the discussion and reply posts.
But I don't know where to add a div. I can't find the right file :-/

So pictures say more than 1000 words, here is a Screenshot:

An other think I want to edit but I can't find the right FILE is this:

I do believe these are in /applications/vanilla/views/discussion/helper_functions.php and /applications/vanilla/views/discussions/helper_functions.php.
