Migrate vanilla install?

I'm trying to move my vanilla install to another server. I'm getting the "Bonk" error message. I changed my database settings in the config.php. Didn't see any path settings in there. Is there somewhere else I need to change paths?

    Delete all the ".ini" files in your cache/ folder.

    Hmmm, that didn't work. But I think it's something else on my end causing it. Thanks for the info.
