Is there a way to install Vanilla one time - but be abble several languages ?

I'm looking for a way to install Vanilla one time but to have 4 different languages
English, French, German, Spanish ...
Or do I need to install it four times ?

    This is a plugin I thought would have been written by now, but I guess not. Does anyone in the multi-lingual community want to step up?
