Moderation functionality

I'm curious about the moderation functionality: can you do standard things such as: PRE-moderate content, close/lock topics & use profanity blocklists?

Apologies if this is covered in the documentation I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance!

    One more question - can you set the forums so only admin/mods can start discussions?
