error on page dashboard/setup

Guys i;am new with vanilla and try to setup on my localsite but it cannot work. my pc always shown Application Error Apache.exe and The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

    That really looks like a problem with your computer, not Vanilla.

    Did you install apache using the package from apache.org or in a package like Xampp? Do you have a firewall running, Antivirus software, things like that.
    Consider using a package like Xampp.
