customizing the forum to the Dutch language

I am quite new in the forum business. I am trying to get the forum buttons customized to the Dutch language. Can anyone give me a hint to go on, because I am stuck.

thank you. I did enable the dutch-locale. Now I am looking where i can change the buttons. I think my webbuilder will not enable me to do so. I am using IWeb. I was hoping to be able to open a file and change it with a texteditor.
