Placing NEW on categories page for all discussions within

When you go into a category you have a 'NEW' icon placed when any new comments are in that discussion.

I would like to be able to place this on a particular category so it lets me know how many new comments within every discussion in that category.

    This is a really tough scaling problem so we won't be able to give this feature with perfect certainty. We're working on some stuff to make the categories/all page work better though.
