Vanilla 2.0.18 (beta 2) problem with Minify problem

There seems to be a problem with the latest beta and the minify plugin. when activated it takes away all the css!

Don't know if anyone else has had this problem but I have, so I disabled it.

    its all good, I just thought the dev team should know about this.
