Where can I find the text that has the terms of service, I am wanting to change the terms of service?

    /applications/dashboard/locale/en-CA/defintions.php

    Look toward the bottom of the file and edit as needed.

    If you'd like to change the Terms of Service properly and not have it overwritten when, for example, you upgrade Vanilla to 2.0.18 then you should create your own locale pack that defines the Terms of Service separately from the default file.
