first and foremost i wanted to say that the contributions from everyone on this forum are really amazing and me being a total rookie i am in awe of the geniuses here on this forum to me most of the time it is all chinese but you make them seem efortless.... anyway, i was looking for any help about 3 issues: First, i was wondering is there a way to increase the size of icons? Secondly, the quoting extension Quote 1.00) i added is not working. although it shows on the extensions list and i enabled it it is not working. any ideas why this is happening? Third, is there anyway to add smilies on vanilla? thank you in advance!

    1) is a css issue. There are people on the forum who have increased them if you give it a quick search. 2) Quoting in general is very up in the air at the moment. I'm not aware of any extensions which are 100% working. 3) Is possible with the bbcode extension, i believe (though i'm not sure if any of those are fully working either) All of the above will probably be easier and better supported with the advent of v1

    Advent of v1 - the time at which version 1 of the software is released.

    Noone knows. It depends when the team working on validating markup get done. I suspect within a month definately but i can never say for sure.
