How to change appending forum name in the title of the discussion pages?

The HTML title of discussion pages is the discussion title the user puts in. After publishing or posting the forum name also gets appended along with the discussion title.
For example, if the discussion title/question is "xyx abc xyx abc xyx abc" afger publishing you will get page title/HTML title as "xyx abc xyx abc xyx abc - Forum name"
This is important coz google loves short and precise title.
How do i change it? Anyone?
