Members can't delete their own file uploads

I have 1.4.0 installed currently. My members informed me that they can't delete their own file uploads--they get a message: {"Code":401,"Exception":"You don't have permission to do that."} Supposedly they are supposed to. As an admin, I can delete the file.

Is there something I'm supposed to set up on the members' permissions for this? All I see is upload and download enablement.

    @luc Can i make a adjustment in the code to fix this or is this feature going to be implemented?

    The core devs seem really busy, so you 'd better do it on your own.
    If you do it properly, you can still do a pull request.
