Quote selection and Quotes plugins stopped working after upgrade to 2.0.18

Quote selection and Quotes plugins stopped working after upgrade to 2.0.18. After quoting browser is focused on textarea but string is not carried over.

Do they need to be upgraded to work with 2.0.18 or is that something that can be solved with current versions?

Try switching themes and tell me if it works then. I had a similar problem yesterday. The problem lay in my default.master view theme file. (which was pretty weird)
