About default permission.

Why every time I extract vanilla , all permissions are 755? both file and folder. Is this safe? i dont think so...

    It depends on which user it's extracted and which user is running the web server.

    Contact your hosting company for information on how to CHMOD uploaded files.

    I know how to CHMOD... But, it will take a lot of time, if i must chmod them all manualy or one by one.

    There should be an option to CHMOD the folder as well as all of its containing files.
