Problem uploading profile picture in Vanilla 2.0.18b

I tried to upload picture under my profile in Vanilla forum but it does not work. It was working ok on 2.0.17 but does not work on 2.0.18b.

It gives me an upload windows, I browse the pic, click ok but instead of picture it shows a small icon with question mark.

Please help.

    OK, this is resolved now. I needed to give 777 permission to my uploads/userpics folder.

    I still can't understand why it is not counting Visits under my profile. I opened separate thread for that but no answer yet. It was ok on 2.0.17 but having problem on .18b.
