Document Management Software?

We're a student radio staion, and were looking for somthing to store the minutes of our meetings and stuff on our internal network, in a way which makes them organised and easily searchable. I guess we kinda want a wiki, but we dont really need all the features of a wiki. It's also important that it can be used by non-technically minded people, so a rich text editor would be handy :) It would also be great if it was php/mysql. Python is a no...

  • Yeah, writeboard and writely are both pretty similar to what we want I was kind of after something we could install on our server though (which runs the website and vanilla etc). And isnt filebrowser for images?
