Changing the names of the tabs?

Is there a way to re-name the tabs? I mean, can I re-name "Discussions" to "Listings", and re-name others as well? If so, where do I find the area in which to do that? I'm running Version 2.0.17.10.

    Sure. You can do this using a custom locale pack. Just go to VanillaFolder/locale/skeleton/ and follow the easy instructions to, make a new one.
