为什么在控制面板里面拖动分类调整顺序会报错呢？

比如我有两个分类：“新手区”，“高手区”
但是我想在控制面板调整它们的顺序时，比如当我拖动“新手区”让在“高手区”上的时候，就提示oops-didn't save order properly
请问这个问题如何解决呢？
