I can upload files, but when I try to download them I see the following message

"Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found."

What should I do?

    Right permissions set in dashboard -> 'roles & permissions'?
    Is it possible when you are logged in with admin?

    If you are on local host it may happens.
