How do I install Vanilla, step-by-step instructions please*

I've been following certain instructions for weeks, trying to figure out how to even pass step #1. I'm not very good with PHP or any coding, so can someone tell me an example of how to do it step by step instructions, from my level? Thanks if you can answer, I'd appreciate it.

Your firstly going to need to either have an online webserver where you can FTP files to or have WAMP installed.

You then need to create a blank database using phpmyadmin (which comes installed with WAMP).

You can then follow this video guide:

Ok.. and you got stuck... in which step of the detailed instructions? Did you get an error message? Which error message? What did you try to resolve it? Did you find google?
