How to increase the field-length of the discussion subject line? (duplicate post)

Somehow my question was set to 'answered', but there was no answer/response. My question is still therefore still open! Thank you...


Hi all, I would like to have more characters in the subject field of a discussion (i.e. longer subjects) - any idea how to change this? It now seems to be limited to 101 characters.

    I understand what you mean, but since my previous post was _magically_ set to "answered" without even any reply being posted, it is highly unlikely that I will get any responses to my question there...

    Rho there are two answered states answered, and accepted. Both have the answered tag, though different colours.

    To save confusion I changed the tag to answer? and answered on my forum.

    grep is your friend.
